Refund Policy

General Policy

At Social Arize, we are committed to delivering quality YouTube management services. However, it's important to note that once a payment is made, it is non-refundable under the conditions outlined below.

Initial Contract and Payments

Upon signing the initial contract, all payments or deposits made are non-refundable. We may offer the convenience of splitting a project into monthly payments; however, this does not alter the non-refundable nature of any payments.

Service Packages

Service packages are non-refundable. Clients may cancel their service package by providing a written notice 30 days in advance, in accordance with the terms specified in the signed contract.

Delivered Services

No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered, initiated, or for any miscellaneous non-recoverable charges incurred by Social Arize.

Drafts and Milestones

We do not offer refunds or credits for any third-party online marketing services, regardless of whether a fee was paid in advance.

Dormant or Abandoned Projects

Projects that are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days are not eligible for refunds. Clients who sign up but do not utilize our services are still obligated to complete their payments.

Billing Cycles

Billing cycles for ongoing services will continue until we receive a written cancellation notice from the client organization.
